Zeribe C. A. Onye

Zeribe C. A. Onye

Managing Director | Chief Operations Officer

Zeribe C. A. Onye is the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer of NaviWave Maritime Solutions Limited. He brings deep experience in maritime logistics, offshore operations, vessel management, and marine security, with a strong focus on safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery.

He is also the founder of Allybay Logistics Nigeria and previously served as Managing Director of Blue Anchorage Offshore Logistics from 2020 to 2025, where he supervised vessel escort services, embarkation and disembarkation support, offshore security, and operational services for clients including Pinnacle Oil, Deepwaters Engineering Limited, Dangote Group, and China Harbour.

In addition to his Nigerian maritime experience, he gained international logistics exposure at Swift Marine, Greece, between June and August 2024, where he supported supply chain coordination, inventory management, and operational efficiency improvements that helped reduce cost and improve delivery performance.

Zeribe holds a BSc in Political Science from Imo State University, a Master’s degree in Shipping Management from ALBA Graduate Business School, Greece, and an HSE Level 2 certification. He is also a Candidate Member of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS), UK. His career reflects a consistent commitment to maritime safety, strategic leadership, and operational excellence across high-risk offshore environments.

David Oluwanisola serves as the Executive Director, Chief Strategist, and Legal and Technology Officer at NaviWave Maritime Solutions Limited. He provides leadership across business strategy, legal coordination, digital systems, and technology-driven operational support.

He plays a key role in shaping the company’s corporate direction, strengthening internal processes, and supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant, and forward-looking maritime solutions. His responsibilities include strategic planning, legal oversight, and the integration of technology into business operations.

With a background that combines management, legal thinking, and technology awareness, David supports NaviWave’s mission to deliver dependable services across marine logistics, offshore support, procurement, and advisory services.

His leadership style reflects precision, structured planning, and a commitment to sustainable business growth. He contributes to building partnerships, improving operational systems, and ensuring the company remains responsive to client and industry requirements.

Head of QHSE & Regulatory Compliance

Ovunda Otto is the Head of QHSE and Regulatory Compliance at NaviWave Maritime Solutions Limited. He is responsible for ensuring that the company’s operations meet the highest standards of quality, health, safety, environmental protection, and regulatory compliance.

He oversees compliance procedures, operational safety frameworks, and quality control systems across the company’s maritime and offshore activities. His role is central to maintaining safe work environments, protecting personnel, safeguarding assets, and ensuring adherence to all applicable industry regulations.

With a strong focus on QHSE discipline, Ovunda helps the company uphold operational excellence while minimizing risk and promoting responsible service delivery. His work supports NaviWave’s commitment to professionalism, environmental stewardship, and regulatory integrity.

He brings analytical oversight, compliance awareness, and a structured approach to safety management, making him an important part of the company’s leadership and operational assurance structure.
